Cubes were Chained to Brighton Pier on 4/26/09 at low tide. This work is still in motion and available to view when the tide level is below .6m.

In october 07, at the start of my degree I painted two wooden boards white and bolted them to the sides of Brighton pier.
Both boards have been left to weather and degrade, allowing nature to alter their facade.
The boards shall be removed when my degree finishes.
Homebrewed Cider, an on-going Collaboration with Buick Lygo.

Whilst watching this fantastic program about the 'Hidden Gems of Brighton' I noticed one of the pier painting I made a couple of years ago in the background.

Collaboration with Pete Dungey and the University of Brighton Pharmacy department, attepting to create a 'Storm Glass'.
The storm glass is a type of weather forecasting device, crystalisation occurs and conditions can be dirived from the forms created.
